Pok Nyo “Angie” Scholz , 84, of Manchester, passed away on April 17, 2017, at home with her loving husband by her side. Angie was born in Seoul, South Korea. She was a lifelong member of the Immaculate Conception Korean Catholic Church in Eatontown.
She is predeceased by her parents, her son, John F. Scholz, her grandson, Jonathan, mother and father-in-law, Helen and Jack Theodos and step-brother-in-law, Dino Theodos.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, John Paul Scholz, three nieces, a nephew, two grand-nieces, three grand-nephews, and many devoted friends. Nieces: Jyung Ok Nugent, Jyung In Lee and her husband Myong H. Lee, and Jyung Ae Cho; Nephew: Byong Kun Cho and his wife Seung Eun; Grand-nieces: Christina and Jeannie; Grand-nephews: Wesley, Peter, and Paul.
Visitation will be held at the Braun Funeral Home, 106 Broad St., Eatontown, NJ
on Fri., April 21st from 7-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Sat. April 22nd at 10am at Immaculate Conception Korean Catholic Church, 64 Broad Street, Eatontown, NJ followed by burial at St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery, 1 Honey Locust Dr., Lakewood, NJ.
